Terms & Conditions

1. Service Description

Kahera / WRS is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for managing water refilling station operations, including but not limited to: order management, customer tracking, container tracking, utang management, staff payroll, expense tracking, sales reports, and business analytics.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • One account per water refilling station

3. Free Trial

  • New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features
  • No credit card or payment is required during the trial period
  • After the trial expires, you must subscribe to continue using the service
  • Your data is preserved for 90 days after trial expiry

4. Subscription & Pricing

  • Monthly plan: ₱899/month
  • Annual plan: ₱9,890/year (equivalent to ₱824/month)
  • All features are included in all plans
  • Payment is accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, or other methods upon arrangement
  • Subscription is activated after payment is verified by our team

5. Pricing Changes

Kahera reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers. Founding Members retain their locked rate for the duration of their active subscription. Price changes apply to new subscribers and renewals after the notice period.

6. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. This includes monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and any other payments made to Kahera / WRS. We provide a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation
  • After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted
  • No refund will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period

8. Data Ownership

All business data you enter into the system (orders, customers, products, financial data, etc.) remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data. We are custodians of your data and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software
  • Overload our servers with automated requests

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control including but not limited to: server outages, internet connectivity issues, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.

11. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Kahera / Sibool Innovación shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. We will provide notice before termination when reasonably possible.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
